Lori

Dental Assistant

Lori was born and raised in Edson Alberta. Lori attended 1 year at the University of Alberta, studying Dental Hygiene. She transferred to NAIT in 1982, where she earned her certificate in the Dental Assisting program. She moved to Hinton following graduation and worked in different clinics in Hinton, until Parks West Dental Clinic was built by Dr. Paul Hul in 1996. Lori continues to seek knowledge and upgrade her certification yearly, as to ensure she offering all her patients her absolute best expertise.

Lori has been with Parks West Dental and worked through the sale of the practice twice. She is a dedicated, loyal member of our team, with extensive dental knowledge. She holds her relationships with her patients close, and will often recall treatment and visits from years past. She loves working with the “littles” and teaching them about oral hygiene. She also takes pride in educating adults who have dental anxiety and is patient in aiding them overcome their fears. Lori is an unbelievably valuable member to our team.

In her free time, Lori enjoys spending time with her husband of 35 years, 4 children and 8 grandchildren. She enjoys quilting and sewing, as well as gardening, camping and family time at the cabin.

Nadiya

Dental Assistant/Administration

Nadiya was born and raised in Hinton Alberta. Nadiya graduated from NAIT in Edmonton Alberta in 2010, earning her certificate in the Dental Assisting program. She immediately returned to her hometown to start her dental career.

Nadiya joined our Team at Parks West Dental in early 2014. She took a welcoming opportunity in 2019 and moved to Edmonton to work at South Edmonton Oral Surgery, gaining knowledge and experience in dental surgery. Nadiya returned to Parks West Dental in February 2020.

Nadiya is kind, and compassionate, and a true asset to our team. She is knowledgeable in multiple positions within the clinic and you will often see her up front helping reception.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and animals. She loves live music and exploring the mountains, right here in our back yard of Hinton.

Jacquie

Dental Assistant

Jacquie was born and raised in Hinton Alberta. Jacquie graduated from NAIT in Edmonton Alberta in 2016, earning her certificate in the Dental Assisting program. She returned to her hometown immediately after and started at Parks West Dental in September 2017.

Jacquie is known for her smile, and calm demeanor. Jacquie is very thorough with her patients and ensures that they are knowledgeable on their appointment.

In her free time, Jacquie enjoys time with her friends, family and her Fiancé. You will often see our staff socializing together around town, as they are a tight nit team.

Lindsey

Sterilization Tech/Reception

Lindsey is our friendly and welcoming receptionist as well as Sterilization Assistant. Lindsey has spent 10+ years in dental offices in different positions. She is passionate about her patients and ensuring they feel safe and comfortable from the moment they walk into the clinic, through to their departure.

She has a kind, and calm demeanor, that puts even the most apprehensive patient at ease.
